Here at Barefooters we want this to be an enjoyable experience for you as a customer and for you to be satisfied with our products.

Returns/exchanges 

We will return/ refund any purchase within 10 days as long as it’s still in original packaging and has not been worn outside, marked or damaged in anyway including the packaging it comes in.

Refunds.

We encourage all to check items before using them for any damage or faults prior to use, If you believe them to be faulty please contact us to discuss for a refund, we will also need this in complete correct box packaging.

Online purchase return deliver fee will be covered by the customer, or if you happened to be close to the nsw postcode 2560 you can contact us for a swap in size pick up if that’s what you’re after
